Can anyone explain to me, in a world where we have all of our contacts in our pocket, and a search engine that allows for infinitely free search, why we still load tons of paper containing immediately out of date information onto driveways and doorsteps every year? I’m confoundedly confused about it.

We still get phone books because there a lot of people in the business of making and distributing them.
