To all of you who have helped me to make this project a success this year, to all of you who have helped me mourn the passing of my mom, and to all of you who have shared a kind thought or helped me out just when I needed it most, thank you. Happy holidays and the best of the new year to you all.
As a recent graduate of a graduate program on organizational leadership, some things become more and more obvious. One is that having a title, making people feel miserable, or forcing your hand because you can are all not leadership — they’re just control. If you can share your dreams with people, believe in something, express your reasonable vision, and share the reason that you’re passionate about what you do, people who share your passion will do anything for you.
