
So, I decided to alter a font to make it more funky. In this particular case, it was a matter of making a line with the bezier tool set to the paraxial line segment mode, which constrains the lines to horizontal and vertical lines. I laid down the lines and rounded their angles and caps as they are in the font, I curved and angled the lines according to an invisible grid, mirroring the curves in the font.
