I recently worked very closely with Julie Strange on a library program’s visual branding project that focused on the ideas of exploration, new horizons, and breaking barriers. The Development of Emerging and Aspiring Librarians (DEAL) program called for visual ideas that conveyed space, light, innovation, clarity, revelation and focus, all of which influenced the final design.
