Bethlehem School
The School of St. Aphrem The Syrian

Information technology is one of the major forces influencing opportunities for youths today. Our young people in Bethlehem will have better economic and social opportunities if they receive the education they deserve. The School of St. Aphrem The Syrian in Bethlehem will provide this and more. New computers and access to the internet is just the beginning of what our children will learn and have access to.

Developed countries have far more computers and Internet users. For example, the United States has more computers than the rest of the world combined. We are striving to bridge this divide and create access to education and civic engagement. In turn, these initiatives will enhance our young people’s confidence and life skills.

Our young people are assets that produce valuable social returns. When families and communities invest in the character, civic skills and leadership development of these young people, everyone benefits. When youths are seen as part of the solution, their creativity, values and energy can stimulate positive change in the community.

We ask for your support in making many dreams come true.

Only $400 a year will be enough to sponsor a child and give the education needed.

Note: The Archdiocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church is a 501(c)3 organization and contributions made to the Archdiocese are tax deductible.

We kindly thank you in advance for your contribution and may God bless you.
