He passed me the existing cover art and notes, and I gathered from the work and from his description that he was looking for something dark, edgy, and crisp. I gave him a list of about 12 fonts as a sample, and we whittled it down to this set of five. I was very happy to be asked, and I love the idea that I might be mentioned in his notes.
