So continuing the\u00a0collaborative disgusting book titles series, Iddrise made me snarf my milk with a book idea that focused on 108 keys to success for the sedentary secretary<\/em> in all of us. Why 108 keys? The US keyboard standard layout uses 108 keys. The book is rife with silly exercise tips, rather than any ideas for improving nutrition, backwards puns on office life, and ageist, sexist, and other prejudiced thinking, such as Key 86: replenish the water in the cooler while you wait for your copies to finish!<\/em> and Key 112: bring extra coffee cups to the meeting to work out your biceps!<\/em> All 108 Keys end in exclamation points.
