I&#8217;m able to see at a glance my most eaten foods in context of all meals, breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack. As a result, I can see the foods that have contributed to my success in losing weight, and will contribute to my future success in maintaining weight and nutrition. This list should make for a good grocery list if you are looking to lose or maintain weight, a good meal planning list, and a good way of seeing why I believe that I have a very reasonable nutritional outlook. My\u00a0philosophy\u00a0is much like <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Michael Pollan\" href=\"https:\/\/michaelpollan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Michael Pollan<\/a>&#8216;s: Eat real food, mostly plants, move more.
