Now I know what a good chef&#8217;s knife looks like, how to hold and sharpen it, and how to care for it. My next task was learning how to practice with it, and I found some great info on about.com. However, what I was looking for was an infographic with to-size images of basic cuts, which I did not find. I decided to make my own and share it here.
