I’ve got an internal clock set for 7 AM. Whether I go to be at 10PM, 11 PM or midnight, I’ll get up at 7AM — without an alarm clock. To get 11 hours of sleep I would have to get into bed by 8PM. Unfortunately I would just end up tossing and turning until 10 PM — my natural “time for bed” rhythm.

I have been late for everything in my life, though strangely enough, I am the first or second one onto work every day now. Only my boss beats me in. 🙂
