Today’s sketch is a note to all mothers on their day, and to my own Mom too, but very specifically for my wife Dawn. Without the incredible work that you do to help shape Jack and David, I have no doubt that they would not have the very special light that they have, the one that people talk about to us and congratulate us on. Our family relies on you day in and day out to continue to build the networks of learning, morality, and appreciation that you have in order to make our sons as ready as they are for the world and their life ahead of them. We love you so very much for all that you do, and deeply appreciate that you do it. With all of our hearts, we wish you a very happy mother’s day.
